Florida sheriff office rug said ‘In Dog We Trust’
A RUG in a Florida sheriff’s office displayed a ‘ruff’ typo for two months before it was noticed.
The green and yellow rug, which lay in the lobby of the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, near Tampa, displayed the sheriff’s logo, with the phrasing’ In Dog We Trust’.
A deputy noticed the mistake earlier this week, with the rug sent back to the manufacturer to get fixed.
The $500 rug had been in the entrance to the sheriff office’s administration building.
Despite the error, a number of people have taken to Facebook to call on the sheriff’s office to keep the rug.
