Lucky escape for man in blazing gritter
A COUNCIL worker had a lucky escape after his gritter burst into flames on a country road near Braemar.
The Aberdeenshire Council employee tried to extinguish the blaze, but was forced to stand back and watch as the fire took hold. By the time fire crews arrived the gritter was destroyed.
