Thanks Edinburgh
I came over from Belfast to the Edinburgh Festival at the weekend and actually caught a Belfast troupe in the Fringe at Whistlebinkies, which set me up for the evening, indeed for the weekend.
On coming back to Belfast, I went through the local and English papers and I could not find a single report on the Festival. I was flabbergasted - do the English Press even know what goes on beyond Watford, never mind Hadrian's Wall?
Thank you Edinburgh Festival and Fringe: you are world class, even with the trams not on line yet (pardon the pun) and the English ignoring your superb shows.
