Trust in youth
However, it is vital that we don’t forget those young Scots who didn’t get the grades they hoped for.

Our message to young people is clear: “Whatever your grades, you can go on to a great career and a bright future.”
The balance of educational offerings for young people must be addressed so that quality vocational training and support is available to those who are not academically successful.
The trust, along with others, must work together to support these young people to develop vocational skills and help them into jobs.
We have teamed up with HSBC to help 25,000 young people into work and training across the UK.
