Wildcat strike shuts Belgium's airports
A WILDCAT strike by air traffic controllers closed Belgian airports yesterday, leaving thousands of passengers stranded after hundreds of flights were cancelled.
Workers were protesting over internal personnel moves.
The Belgocontrol company, which manages air traffic, said Belgium's civil airspace will be closed until this afternoon.
