Rankin leads Musselburgh as they launch their bid for glory on the road in Croftfoot
Musselburgh, founded in 1855, is the oldest bowling club in Midlothian and will be representing the county banner for a second time. They have ambitions of emulating the recent national title successes of Newbattle (2006), Danderhall (2008), Bonnyrigg (2009) and Gilmerton in 2010.
Willie Rankin is the club’s ace in the pack and he will parade his skills in the singles with Scott Reid and Jocky Miller forming the Pairs partnership.
